Each piece is lovingly handcrafted with great attention to detail, so please allow 6 to 8 weeks for it to be completed.
To secure your order, we require a 50% deposit, which is fully refundable if you cancel within 14 days of payment. After that, production starts and the deposit becomes non-refundable. For bridal pieces and ring cushions, please give at least 60 days’ notice so we can ensure everything is perfectly prepared.
